This menu lists the last sixteen expressions that have been entered by the user with the Define Function dialog. If you are experimenting with a function, this is often very much more convenient than having to go back and re-type the expression. Note that if the expression is very long, the string is truncated so that the menu doesn't become unmanageably large.
